You pointed out a big problem in medicine today. Only psychiatrists should prescribe anti depressive and anti anxiety medications. GP cause many problems by prescribing meds without knowing what they are treating. Same is true for ADHD meds. These are powerful drugs that need to be monitored and adjusted regularly.

I loved this, of course, I ssssooo wanted to be the obedient bottom.. but it would have worked just as well without mixing the drugs, as I agree with another reader about the dangers of mixing multiple drugs - poppers, MDMA, the blue pill, weed, alcohol - very ill advised… I realize it’s only a fantasy story, but don’t let this give you ideas, it will only end badly.

I think the main thing that really made me think was Smoking percentage going down as Cancer percentage goes up. That's really something to consider. I don't think smoking should be encouraged, but maybe some of the money that goes to Truth ads and the like should instead be used to educate the population on the dangers of pesticides, preservatives, exhaust, and prescription drugs.

Happened way too quick without hormones or surgery. He kind of comes off as having mental issues, not balking at losing his wife, who he was very dependent on. Another guy in the picture would have caused anxiety and jealousy, without hormones or other drugs. Good concept, but his transition just needed to make more sense.
